Following publication on 15th March 2024 of its intent to conduct a review into how firms are acting to understand and respond to the needs of customers in vulnerable circumstances, the FCA has in April issued a comprehensive survey on this topic to a range of firms. This is just a starting point for further scheduled activity during 2024 designed to help the regulator understand the detail of what firms are doing to ensure fair outcomes for customers with characteristics of vulnerability.

This webinar, delivered by Robin Melley, Co-founder of the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce (FVT) and a Director at The Consumer Duty Alliance will explore how the FVT and its popular Charter can help firms both identify clients in vulnerable circumstances, as well as understand and meet the additional needs they may have.
